  2. Refund Window: The refund request must be initiated within seven calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

  5. Verification: Our customer support team may require additional information or evidence to validate the refund request. This may include photographs of the  screenshots of the billing discrepancy, or any other relevant evidence.

  6. Refund Methods: Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid for the affected items.

  7. Timeframe for Refund: The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval. However, the actual refund duration may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

  8. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as promotional or discounted items, or any items that have been consumed partially or fully by the customer.

  9. Modification or Cancellation: The Bdoctors app reserves the right to modify or cancel the seven days refund policy terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. However, any such changes will not affect refund requests that were already initiated before the modification or cancellation.
